Mobile: A detached residential dwelling unit designed for transportation after fabrication on streets or highways on its own wheels or a flatbed or other trailer.
Manufactured: A type of housing that has been or can be transported. These typically have a steel under-carriage (Common examples are mobile homes and double-wides).
